Fundamentals (Lvl1)

The RSPCA Fundamentals Course is designed to help dogs of all ages build a lifelong bond with their families and learn new skills and tricks while having a great time!    

Our classes are kept small to ensure that everyone receives individual attention and support from our experienced RSPCA trainers.

This course includes:

• A crash course in understanding canine body language and behaviour
• Key skills such as “sit”, “down”, “wait”, “stay”, “leave it” and “give”
• A focus on calm behaviours so your dog can learn to relax with you at home
• Learning to walk without pulling on lead and to come when called
• Plenty of fun and games!

The class runs for 50 minutes with a 10 minute Q&A / troubleshooting time at the end. 60 minutes in total. 

Aspley location week 1 orientation will be run online. All other locations are run in person.

This course was such a great experience to share with our newly adopted dog Jess. We learned to understand her and got help to teach her how to relax and settle into our home.
